So until recently, I have been the kind of person who gets up immediately my alarm goes off.  Then it takes me 15 minutes to get ready and leave the house, 20 if I make a stop in the kitchen to make breakfast to carry with.  And this, I take in the car ;).  Lightning speed at work. Lately I have been unable to turnaround that fast.  I’m getting up 3-4 minutes after the alarm goes off and it’s taking me 20-25 minutes to turnaround, 30 if I stop for breakfast. And everyday I tell myself that I will do better the next day. This Monday I finally came to the realization that my 15-minute days may very well be over. My question is: is this a period I am going through and I will return to the good old me, or is it the natural progression that comes with aging, and it will only go downhill from here?  Mmmhh… Only time will tell, I guess.  Meanwhile, I think I need to accept my current situation and start making necessary adjustments in order to leave the house in good time :(.
