Colored Pens

So I carry multiple colored pens in my office bag when I am going out buying books. This whole time I have been using a pencil or a black one to write down my notes. This morning I walked in to this office, and took out the green one to write. No reason, that’s just what I pulled out of the bag. So I write down preliminary notes, and then ask the officer to write down his details for future reference. He looks at my note book and looks up in surprise, and asks that I use a green pen to write? I say no, it was a random pull out. Why, I ask? I thought I had offended him somehow, because of the look on his face. So he says he always uses a green pen to write, and sure enough [I hadn’t noticed this], the pen in his hand was a fine point green one! And he went ahead to write in green. What’s the chance???
